This varied experience has helped shape his perspective on effective HR. He is a national member of SHRM and holds senior level certifications from SHRM. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources from ISU, and an entire career of experience helping employees develop to their potential and creating company cultures of accountability.
