Exact Schedule Subject to Change, More information on Speakers coming soon!
We've all experienced change over the last year, change to how we work, where we work, our goals, and our perceptions. As we come into 2021 dragging the same challenges with us, we look to highlight the Solutions that have Differentiated during times of Disruption. We present stories from our community, of grit, and pivotal change that have helped us succeed in 2020 and in the future.
For our break out tracks, we highlight three general areas;
Operational
How do we conduct our business? How have we evolved in areas like Tele-Health, Service Delivery, Security, and Operational Leadership?
Technical
For the more technical inclined we explore a more hands on approach from, Coding, Designing for the User, Applying Big Data, Managing your Remote Team.
Social
We explore the interaction and impacts of business and people, Talent Management, Recruiting, and impacts of Diversity.
We've all adapted to a life full of virtual conference calls, we're extremely well connected. But at the same time we don't always have an opportunity to socialize in this digital form. For develop.idaho 2021 we've selected this platform to give you the opportunity to NETWORK!
This event includes many forms of networking, each session in the event has it's own chat panel, you direct message other users or even request a 1 on 1 video chat. Additionally the “Networking” built into the platform will match you with other attendees for a quick 30 second to 3 min opportunity to meet, if you both select to “Connect” (Swipe Right) you will be able to view the other persons contact information on the Hopin Platform. Additionally, there will be several open forum rooms with a capped occupancy, feel free to mingle in and out of them to make new connections!
